Upon our completion of the report,  the client will receive a binder that contains the narrative report along with photographs of the home and troubled areas, a list of NACHI standards, a copy of the inspection agreement, diagrams of the house's heating system, hot water unit, electrical panel, and the house's overall structure.  Also included is an annual maintanance checklist and a Do-it-yourself manual for home improvements.  (Price lists are available upon request.)

Using the RadStar* radon monitoring system, radon results can be viewed and printed in as little as one hour but a 48 hour collection sample is recommended for home inspections.  Get your results fast and accurate.

Finding difficult to find pool liner or bottomleaks is no longer a problem.  We use the lastest technologies, Leaktrac* detector, to find pool leaks then repair them without having to drain the pool.  Other underwater repairs like bottom drain repairs are also available.
